My first taste of the professional world came while I was still in high school at Mayo College Girls' School in India, spending vacations working at a local bakery. This early foray into the culinary world sparked my passion for hospitality. It was further fueled during a career insight program that exposed me to luxury fashion and fine dining, ultimately leading me to pursue my bachelor’s degree at Glion Institute of Higher Education.

At Glion, I dove into hospitality operations, working at Maison Décotterd, a 2-Michelin-star restaurant in Montreux, where I experienced luxury service at the highest level. My journey then took me to The Ritz-Carlton, JBR, Dubai, where I transitioned from Front Office Agent to Guest Relations Agent, gaining valuable experience in personalized guest service. But it was during this time that the idea for 35 Sahakar Suites, an affordable luxury boutique homestay in Jaipur, was born.

Three years later, 35 Sahakar Suites continues to thrive with a dedicated team of 8, consistently enjoying sold-out weekends and glowing reviews across booking platforms. Many loyal guests return regularly, proving that affordable luxury truly resonates with today’s business and leisure travellers.

After the homestay’s successful launch, I returned to Glion to refine my understanding of the business side of hospitality, focusing on corporate finance and strategic growth. I interned as a Strategic Advisory Analyst with Hotelivate India, where I contributed to financial modelling, market research, and feasibility studies. Currently, I’m honing my business development skills as a consultant with Banas Stones, a global leader in natural stone quarrying and exports, where I’m helping shape their global growth strategy.

As I near graduation, I’m excited to bring my diverse experience—ranging from hands-on operations to high-level strategy—into new ventures. I’m passionate about creating solutions that blend creativity with practical business acumen, whether that’s launching hospitality projects, driving growth strategies, or tackling complex challenges.
